For this project I was part of a team that created a website used to find reimbursement information on Astellas drugs. I was tasked with creating the Medicare Coverage Map (see picture), converting word documents to pages using the template for the website, and various other php, html, and css work.
The Medicare Coverage Map was done using Flash, PHP, and MySQL. I was given the art (.psd file) for the flash piece, and an Excel spreadsheet of data. I turned the art into an interactive flash application, which sends the users input to a PHP page. The PHP page runs the MySQL query and serves up the coverage information to the user with an AJAX front end.
